Spent the morning in the conservatory with Sid, also with added Bear. She bounced once and was sworn at, but Sid stayed. Otherwise it was a continual round of "Ma S/heapos;s LOOKING at me"

Housework has been done and I have arranged the farrierapos;s visit for Monday. T cleared and sorted the compost heaps and the importance of this cannot be underestimated to anyone who is a regular gardener. We went for lunch in Wedmore and then for a walk with the dogs at the back of the bird sanctuary (strange green pools with birch groves growing up from the water, with huge silent swans drifting in between). This evening, I am going to weaving class. Tomorrow, racing starts again.
